KEY IMPACTS

  • HERMES Live has tailored multiple event registration pages, campaign sites and live event pages for the HKTDC SmartBiz Expo, enabling industry leaders and experts to register online in advance and attend the webinars in virtue of sharing insights on innovative technologies and other business solutions.
  • HERMES Live platform provided multiple value-added features for HKTDC SmartBiz, including live-streaming video conferences joined by panelists from overseas and media uploaded by speakers such as PowerPoint and videos, further including interactive Q&A sessions after events.
  • With the CMS control supported in the backend system, event organisers are allowed to track and follow up users' registration as well as the content in the campaign site registration.
  • The "One Click Go Live" featured by HERMES Live facilitates participants in the Expo to enjoy a stable, seamless and professional live streaming.

The 4th edition of SmartBiz Expo organised by the HKTDC concluded on a high note. 12 core webinars attracted over 10,000 virtual attendees from 40 countries and regions. Under the theme “Reimagine ‧ Reinvent”, industry leaders and experts shared their insights on how SMEs can utilize innovation technology, e-commerce and other business solutions to seize business opportunities under the pandemic.  TFI was pleased to provide one-stop video solution for them to ensure the quality and smoothness of the event.
