EY Synergize GBA Forum 2021

KEY IMPACTS

• Simultaneously broadcasted the forum online in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to facilitate EY representatives and a distinguished panel of speakers to explore the policies and participate in the forum online. Allowing global audiences from regional locations to enjoy a stable, seamless and professional live streaming event.
• Provided multiple value-added features for Synergize GBA Forum 2021, including live-streaming video conferences joined by emcees and panelists from mainland China and interconnect with the audiences in Hong Kong in real-time. 
• Provided professional event management simultaneously in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, serve with expertise onsite support in audio, visual, lighting, staging, backdrop design, furniture and props. Including customized reminders for panelists to keep track of time management remotely.
• Possessed customised live polling and Q&A section for audiences to raise questions instantaneously in the forum. Clients can easily screen out and shortlist questions to the speakers with our well-equipped back-end control system. 
• Provided simultaneous interpretation in the Synergize GBA Forum for both on-site and online audiences, given 2 languages including Putonghua and English translations catering to each audiences' needs.  

OVERVIEW

The Synergize GBA Forum 2021 aims to facilitate communication and collaborations among government departments, regulators and executives to create long-term sustainable value in the Greater Bay Area. This is the first hybrid event with both in-person and virtual component held by Ernst & Young in the GBA. The in-person physical events ran out of two locations: Hong Kong and Shenzhen where TFI connected speakers from both cities in engaging discussions in real time. TFI is pleased to provide EY with a professional one-stop video solution to offer the best on-site and digital experiences for this event.
