•TFI designed a customised registration page and live event page for HKTDC Entrepreneur Day, allowing start-up entrepreneurs to register online in advance and attend forums, conferences, bootcamps and seminars through the event live stream on the hktdc.hermeslive.com webpage
•Leveraging the One Click Go Live feature powered by HERMES Live, we provided seamless, stable and professional live streaming for nearly 20 seminars and forums held over two days across three venues at HKCEC
•HERMES Live platform provided multiple value-added features for HKTDC Entrepreneur Day, including live-streaming video conferences joined by panelists from overseas and media uploaded by speakers such as PowerPoint and video, and interactive Q&A sessions after events
•HERMES Live’s statistics feature allowed event organisers at HKTDC to view and track real-time audience data analytics of their live events
•Using HERMES Live’s state-of-the-art technology, young entrepreneurs were able to present and pitch innovative business solutions to judges
•HERMES Live enabled hundreds of young entrepreneurs to participate in the Entrepreneur Day anywhere in the world with their phones, computers or tablets, eliminating the need for mass gathering
OVERVIEW
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the flagship event of HKTDC Entrepreneur Day was rescheduled while all online seminars were live streamed as scheduled. TFI was entrusted by HKTDC to provide a one-stop professional solution, encompassing webpage design, live streaming and video conferencing, powered by HERMES Live. Combining HERMES Live’s advanced technology and efforts from professional team, we successfully delivered stable, reliable and broadcast-grade live video streaming services to fit the client’s needs.
