OVERVIEW
Organized by Hong Kong Muay Thai Association and supported by the Home Affairs Bureau as well as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the 3rd East Asian Muay Thai Championships kicked off on 16 Aug 2018. Over 30 athletes from more than 8 countries participated in this highly entertaining tournament. To promote the sports event massively in Hong Kong and China, the organizer would like to stream it on OpenSky.tv App, where a series of sports programs, such as "Clash of Champions 3" and "Road To Glory II" are available without geographical restriction. With broadcast-grade and seamless live streaming powered by HERMES Live, TFI is entrusted to stream the 4-days races globally to OpenSky.tv App and Tencent Sports, with in-app VOD provided for catch-up anytime.

Incorporated by the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, Hong Kong Muay Thai Association was set up to maintain and promote excellence in the art of Muaythai. It is the only sports group which being subsidized for "Thai Boxing" project of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong. It is also the only Hong Kong member of WMC - World Muaythai Council, IFMA - International Federation of Muaythai Amateur and AMA - Federation of Amateur Muaythai of Asia.
